Supreme Court to hear oral arguments over birthright citizenship order

5. That's the way it works. SCOTUS hears oral arguments then eventually makes a ruling.

They don't make a decision out of thin air as much as we wish they might.

An entire Constitutional ammendment.

If that happens can we agree that they're a lawless and illegitimate body?
