I've been around for a long time and so fondly remember the first episodes of SNL. I never missed it. For year!

Then, something happened where it just didn't seem funny. I was missing the original cast, and I grew away from it. I do record it, but generally just watched the opening skit, sometimes the weekend update skit.

But last night, with Jack Black (HE'S BACK!!!) It was amazing, it was funny, and Jack Black was in just about every skit. Before I knew it, I had watched the entire thing. Even the musical part (again, I'm an old-timer, modern music just isn't for me).

I kind of liked Elton John, back in the day (I saw his Bennie and the Jets concert in Hawaii when I was a teen). I don't know who the gal was he sang with, but she was good. So I actually even watched the music.

But Jack Black.... What a Powerhouse! That man is just amazing. I watched the entire show. Took my mind off of the administration trying to destroy social security for a little while.

the God’s country reference was for Morgan Wallen! I am not a country fan and didn’t watch his appearance last week, so I totally forgot about his crappy comment dissing NYC. I hope he feels that way when he’s on a tour schedule and has to go to all kinds of different cities and treat them that way.

He is from Knoxville and they think that is great. Drunk and threw a chair off a balcony in downtown Nashville...is just stupid.
