I guess that exclamation point threw me off.

At any rate, this pipsqueak is definitely talking out of his ass on this topic. Like he does about so many others.

He doesn't have the votes or the clout. I'd like to watch him waste his time trying because he'd ultimately fail and that would be cause for celebration.
