Gentle is an adjective, but "parenting" is used as verb here, so it should be "gently", the adverb. . . . . nt Bernardo de La Paz Mar 25 #2

Sure, but not here. If the phrase "gentle parenting" were used as a noun phrase, it should have "for" after it Bernardo de La Paz Mar 25 #4

It should be "Gently parenting US leaders"

or

"Gentle parenting for US leaders". or "of" as in the gentle parenting of leaders.

Either the speaker / writer is gently parenting them or providing gentle parenting skills to them to learn.

But then you might be mistaken for a person who can accept no criticism and you might not be understood. I was not criticizing you, I was not criticizing our friend NevilleDog, I am criticizing the video titler.

There is nothing inherently special about grammar that should shield it from inspection, analysis and criticism. If your first response to a discussion of grammar (it's only grammar!) is reaching for violence, ... I can't help you.
