Gentle is an adjective, but "parenting" is used as verb here, so it should be "gently", the adverb. . . . . nt

Sure, but not here. If the phrase "gentle parenting" were used as a noun phrase, it should have "for" after it

It should be "Gently parenting US leaders"
or
"Gentle parenting for US leaders". or "of" as in the gentle parenting of leaders.
Either the speaker / writer is gently parenting them or providing gentle parenting skills to them to learn.

But then you might be mistaken for a person who can accept no criticism and you might not be understood. I was not criticizing you, I was not criticizing our friend NevilleDog, I am criticizing the video titler.
There is nothing inherently special about grammar that should shield it from inspection, analysis and criticism. If your first response to a discussion of grammar (it's only grammar!) is reaching for violence, ... I can't help you.
