Ratcliffe Said He Was Allowed To Use Signal

So long as he archived everything on a government system.

Warner should have called his bluff. No way those war plans were archived by the government.

The screen shot that Goldberg copied shows a time stamp which means it was counting down to self-delete.

Those war plans have been self-deleted by Signal.

Can I prove this? Hell no, it's my opinion. Someone better get a hold of Goldberg's screen shot or it will disappear.
