Muslims turned against Bush/Cheney and reliably voted for Democrats -- in 2016 & 2020 many Muslims voted for Bernie Sanders. At the very least they witnessed the biggest humanitarian disaster of the 21st century and they were split because they felt both options were bad but a significant portion voted for Jill Stein who was really the only Presidential candidate with a position on the conflict that matched their interests. I think it was a mistake for any of them to vote for Trump but the Harris campaign's strategy alienated them. They had anti choice Republicans speak at the convention but they shunned pro-Palestinian Muslim Democratic politicians or activists speak at the convention.

I'm looking toward the next primary and hopefully a candidate will have their support as well as the 2028 general election in those swing states.
