Trump Pardons 1,500 for Capitol Attack
January 20, 2025 at 7:56 pm EST By Taegan Goddard

“President Donald Trump said on Monday that he was issuing roughly 1,500 pardons and commuting the sentences of six of his supporters in connection with the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol, when thousands of them stormed the building amid his false claims that the 2020 presidential election was rigged against him,” NBC News reports.

Doesn’t know what it means. Those who committed treason now know it was the right thing to do. Sanctified rather religiously by their deity.

He is a truly demented soul...if I believed in Hell, Donald would be on a one way train to it....

Edit: I guess as a major league criminal and lover of breaking laws makes sense that Honey Badger don't care....

And I can't imagine how police officers like Michael Fanone and Harry Dunn and Aquilino Gonell and the other 100+ who were injured, and the families of Brian Sicknick and the four officers who committed suicide, must feel. It's beyond outrage. And it gives others permission to do whatever Trump wants.

No surprise, he lied yet again. He said he would look at each one individually and pardon the people convicted of "nonviolent" crimes. He obviously never looked at the information for any of them - he just said "pardon them all. Absolutely outrageous. Will the media point out this outrage? Who am I kidding, of course they won't.
