Stuart Stevens on elections
I loved his book "It Was All A Lie." He was a Republican strategist for decades and admitted that the GOP is built on a house of lies. His parents said to him back in the 60s in Mississippi, "We lost an election, but we were not wrong. They voted for segregation." I feel like we are in a similar moment right now. They won the election, but they are wrong. They are on the wrong side of history and that will be proven over the next four years.
