Borowitz - Overwhelming Support for Sending Elon Musk to Mars

WASHINGTON (The Borowitz Report)—Donald J. Trump’s pledge to send Americans to Mars garnered overwhelming global support on Monday, with the condition that Elon Musk be the first astronaut to embark.

Around the world, people hailed the idea of Musk participating in the six-year roundtrip, and were even more excited by the notion of the journey being one-way.

Though the latter proposal was cheered by virtually every nation on Earth, it received especially strong support from Steve Bannon.

Mars is too close for my liking. Pluto would be better, and farther away, so no easy way for him to return to Earth. SWBTATTReg Monday #3

Mars is a cold, lonely place. Why torment such a dismal planet with Elon Musk's presence?

And also, it is rumored that aliens (whooo!) live on Pluto. He'd be right at home w/ them.

I'm referring to the picture that went out by NASA on a 'slug-like' creature on a path on Pluto. Scientists are still baffled by the picture.
