Pam Bondi tried to plant a seed that the Dems were responsible for the assassination attempts on the grifter.
Rachel Maddow (and others) often say - watch what they do, not what they say. I think we need to do both, and here is why. The RepubliCONS and the grifter engage in distortions and brainwashing that is dangerous. And they don't do it by accident. They are trying to script a narrative and they are trying to incite their cult followers and wanna be militias.
Here is what happened at Pam Bondi's confirmation hearing on Wednesday last week, during questioning with Ted Cruz. While framing his support for Pam Bondi, Ted Cruz was using his time to highlight what he calls the weaponization of the Justice Department under Joe Biden and Merrick Garland. He ranted about how unusual and unfair it was for the Biden/Harris administration to prosecute Donald Trump.

There is a typo in the transcript. Pam Bondi inserted the words: "and two assassination attempts" into Ted Cruz's rant about the number of times the Biden administration persecuted Donald Trump. She linked the persecution of the grifter with the assassination attempts. Her making such an implication demonstrates how dangerous she would be as Attorney General of the U.S. I watched the exchange several times. I ask the question - was it scripted?
I shouldn't even have to say this. The Democrats were not "behind" either of the assassination attempts. Thomas Crooks, the shooter in PA, was not a Democrat. His politics were conservative. The perpetrator of the attempt at the FL golf course was Ryan Routh. He voted for the grifter in 2016, but was no longer a DJT supporter. It appears his motive was the product of an erratic and unstable person.
Today in his inaugural speech the grifter said: "Over eight years I have been tested more than any President in history...those who have tried to stop our cause have tried to take away my freedom and my life." He did not say the word Democrats, but that may have been the intention of his words, as he blames the Dems for thwarting and persecuting him.
Using rhetoric to paint a picture is what they do. They intend to distract from the truth. They intend to "rile up" their followers against the Democrats. What they say is not an accident.
