I think it would depend on if everyone is able to get to the Capitol Building. That includes the staffers as well as the Congresscritters and Senators.

Forecasts are often wrong here, but if the predicted snow and ice come, it will be a total mess. We haven’t had any real snow for several years. Preparation and plowing have gotten much better in Northern Virginia in the past ten years or so, but I don’t know about DC. I’m guessing it will be ugly.

Of course, Congresscritters and staff could camp out overnight in their offices, but I don’t see that happening.
