How do I stop a recurring DU payment?

This discussion thread was locked as off-topic by Omaha Steve (a host of the General Discussion forum).

I thought it was a once a year automatic payment, and a payment has been taken out every month for over a year. I do not appreciate how hard it has been, and I appreciate the help.

But if I can say, thank you for even paying to join DU. So glad you’re here, and I hope someone will help with the payment issue.

It should be as easy to cancel a payment as it is to make one - this is was really burns me up.

6. DU doesn't just take people's money, we have to set up a payment. I did, and I'm not stopping it.

At least, not yet. LOL I'm already on some watchlist somewhere, I'll be found no matter what. Plus, I still believe in the site's purpose so I support it as best I can.
