Now, bear in mind that I'm not from Georgia and have no personal knowledge of this race or much else going on in Georgia, but I heard Michelangelo Signorile talking about this race earlier. He said that not only was it likely to be a low turnout election (low turnout is always bad for Democrats, but especially so in red States), but the last time an incumbent Supreme Court Justice lost a re-election bid in Georgia was 1922. So this shouldn't come as much of a surprise, and it's certainly not any kind of harbinger for November.
